• Illness: If you or your family members have health issues, we offer free rescheduling.

All detailed agreement terms will be clearly stated in the contract you receive before registration.

• Local Service: Covers a 30-mile radius of Shanghai.
• Regional Service: Travel fees apply for distances beyond 30 miles (0.75 yuan per mile).
• Destination Service: We offer global destination game services. Travel expenses (flights, accommodation) are charged separately.
• International Service: Advance notice and travel arrangements are required.

• Standard Photography Packages: 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance settled two weeks before the shoot.

• Installment Payment Options: This service is available for wedding photography and large commercial projects.
• Corporate Clients: Established corporate clients can enjoy a 30-day net payment cycle.

Our pricing is transparent and may include the following additional fees:

• Out-of-Zone Mileage Fee: For shoots exceeding a 30-mile radius, an additional 0.75 yuan per mile will be charged.
• Overtime Shooting Fee: For shooting beyond the agreed contract time, an additional fee of 250 yuan per hour will apply.
• Expedited Post-Processing: If expedited service is required, an additional 50% fee will be charged.
• Special Equipment Rental: If the project requires it, additional special equipment rental fees may apply.
• Location Permit Fees: If the shoot requires special location permits, related fees will be charged separately.
• Applicable Taxes: Sales tax may be added according to regional regulations.

• Couple Engagement Shoots: Standard duration is 1.5 to 2 hours.
• Wedding Photography Duration: Depending on the selected package, typically 6 to 10 hours.
• Commercial Project Shoots: Depending on project complexity, duration is usually between 2 to 8 hours.
